Two Natomas parents are facing felony child endangerment charges tonight connected to the death of their three-month-old girl.

On February 15, officers responded to the home on Hawk Avenue. 57-year-old Anthony Mial and 36-year-old Felecia Williams woke up to discover that the girl was not breathing.

Paramedics arrived and declared the infant dead at the scene. Further investigation showed that Mial and Williams had narcotics in their system at the time of the incident.

A specific cause of death is pending, but coroner does believe the girl was dead for hours before her parents discovered she wasn't breathing.
