A Northern California family being sued over injuries suffered by a Little League coach are fighting back.  The lawyers for Joe Paris, his wife and his 14-year-old Granite Bay Little Leaguer say the Paris family does not owe Alan Beck an apology and they will fight for Beck to pay the Paris familiy's legal bills.

Beck made national headlines recently when he sued the 14-year-old player, claiming his Achilles tendon was torn when a helmet tossed by the player while celebrating the winning run in a game hit Beck.

Beck has since said he's willing to drop his $500,000 lawsuit against the Paris family if they'll apologize to him.  Lawyers for the Paris family say they have apologized numerous times, but there's no evidence that Beck's injury was caused by the thrown helmet.
