Rick Ross is taking aim at LMFAO artists Redfoo and Skyblu over their 2010 song "Party Rock Anthem."
According to legal documents obtained by "The Hollywood Reporter," the Maybach Music Group "Boss" is accusing the duo of copyright infringement because the song contains the phrase "Everyday I'm shufflin'," which Ross believes is similar to his lyrics on his 2006 song "Hustlin'." On the track, "Rozay" repeatedly proclaims "Everyday I'm hustlin'." In the lawsuit, Ross says LMFAO's use of the phrase is "an obvious attempt to capitalize on the fame and success of 'Hustlin'.'"

Meantime, Rick Ross recently picked up a victory in a lawsuit filed by former drug kingpin "Freeway" Ricky Ross over the rapper's stage name and persona. Last week a California appeals court upheld a lower court's decision to dismiss the suit.
