It looks like Kendrick Lamar may just sweep the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards after a quick look at the nomination list, which was announced on Tuesday (July 25) via Instagram Live. The show, which will air August 27 from The Forum in Inglewood, California, will see K. Dot aim for eight separate titles. Meanwhile, Katy Perry and The Weeknd will go at it with their five nominations apiece.
