Remember a few weeks ago news broke out that Michael Jordan had a love child named "Taj?"

Not true's the earlier report.

An Atlanta woman who claimed Michael Jordan fathered of her 16-year-old son has dropped her paternity suit against the former NBA star. Pamela Smith, 48, had accused Jordan last month of being the father of her child but dropped the suit after evidence emerged that she had claimed her ex-husband was the father in a previous divorce proceeding.

Smith's attorney, Randy Kessler, tells Reuters that his client had voluntarily dismissed the case "without prejudice" and reserved the right to re-file it at a later date. In a statement, Estee Portnoy, Michael Jordan's spokeswoman, confirmed that the suit has been dropped and said, "There has been no settlement or money paid to Ms. Smith."
