Her lawyer tells RadarOnline that she was walking out of a hotel in New York when two white men attacked her and shouted racist slurs at her. She was able to get away while onlookers tried to apprehend the attackers. Stiviano was taken to a doctor and is said to be OK. Her lawyer says she hasn't filed a police report but will likely do so.
She's scheduled to sit down for an interview today with CNN's Anderson's Cooper.
