If you’re planning to be on hand when Kim Kardashian says, “I do,” to Kanye West, just know that you won’t be able to tweet during the nuptials. In fact, Radar Online says that guests will be forced to give up their cell phones at the door. If a cell is discovered, it’ll be confiscated.
