Bushwick started as a dancer in the group, in the late 1980's under a different name, "Little Billy."
The band really gained a following in 1991 with the record, We Can’t Be Stopped, which featured a graphic cover of Bill in the hospital, after he lost an eye in a gunshot incident.
In February, Bushwick was diagnosed with stage four pancreatic cancer. He was 52.
