Beastie Boys Announce Adidas Collab

Adidas Skateboarding is honoring the Beastie Boys legacy with a shoe collaboration that "celebrates the artist's influences on skate, hardcore punk, Hip Hop and graffiti culture over the last three decades."

Surviving Beastie Boy members Mike D and Ad-Rock sat down with Cey Adams, Stretch Armstrong and LL Cool J to announce the collaboration at a private 'Beyond The Streets' party in New York.

The kicks boast an "entirely vegas canvas upper" and is stamped with The Beastie Boys logo on both the tongue and sockliner badging. The sneaker is dropping Thursday, July 25th at select North American skateboard retailers and the Beyond The Streets gift shop.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Peace Sisters and Little Kids Rock.
