Meet Chef Aaron Anderson!
He's the winner of the MRE Cooking Challenge at the California State Fair! A challenge where chefs must turn military-issue MREs and other provided ingredients into one delicious, “Meal Ready to Eat.” He's also a founder of Purple Pig Eats, a catering business that uses locally grown ingredients from the Sacramento area.
