Billy Dee Williamsย reveals he identifies as gender fluid during anย interview withEsquiremagazine.
The 82-year-old actor, best known as Lando Calrissian in theStar Wars films, says he sees himself โas feminine as well as masculine.โ
He also uses female and male pronouns.ย โI never tried to be anything except myself. I think of myself as a relatively colorful character who doesnโt take himself or herself too seriously.โ He explains, "And you see I say โhimselfโ and โherself,โ because I also see myself as feminine as well as masculine. Iโm a very soft person. Iโm not afraid to show that side of myself.โ
Billy Dee will return to the franchise withย Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, which opens Decemberย 20th.
