A newly published study found that if you put a plant on your desk at work, it would lower stress.

Researchers at the University of Hyogo in Japan analyzed 63 office employees and with the plant on their desk,

with just a three minute break, an overwhelming amount of employees had a much lower pulse rate.

The study was conducted with six different types of plants. All of the plants helped reduce stress levels.
