Woman Scammed Money From GoFundMe Account Meant For Funeral of Friend's Child

That is seriously messed up...

A woman who lost her daughter and mother-in-law in a car accident last year also allegedly fell victim to a scam by a woman she called a friend.

Cynthia Mathis says after the tragedy that claimed the lives of 4-year-old Jasmine Mathis and 62-year-old Cheryl Hartman, a woman she has known for years named Stephanie Lea Blaine offered to set up a GoFundMe account to collect donations to cover their funeral expenses.
