PHARRELL: Makes Leukemia Patient's Dream Come True

"Hidden Figures" New York Special Screening

Pharrell Williams just made one leukemia patient very "Happy."

He arranged to meet eight-year-old Reef Carneson at his show in Philadelphia on Saturday. Reef has been hosptialized since he was a year old but is a huge fan of Pharrell. Cancer advocate Milk Tyson made a video last week imploring Skateboard P to FaceTime with Reed, but he did much more.

Reed is too sick to fly, so Pharrell arranged a private car to take him all the way from Cincinnati to Philly. He put Reed and his family up in a luxury hotel, spent time with them backstage, gave them tickets to the show and even had Reed and his sister onstage for "Happy."
