More Backlash Over Kylie & Kendall Jenner's Vintage Tees

We told you about the backlash Kendall and Kylie Jenner faced for the collection of vintage t-shirts they dropped for their Kendall + Kylie clothing line. Now it looks like Kris and Caitlyn’s baby girls are in even more trouble.

Michael Miller – the photographer behind the two Tupac Shakurimages used – has filed a lawsuit against the sisters for copyright infringement. According to the paperwork, they never asked for his permission. He said in a statement, “When someone exploits my work without even telling me, let alone obtaining my authorization, it damages not only the value of the work but my ability to make a living as an artist. When it happens, I am left with no choice but to enforce my rights.”

Miller wants at least $150-thousand bucks a piece for the two photos they used. Kendall and Kylie should be good for it because they sold the shirts for $125 bucks a pop. So far, everyone involved is keeping mum on the subject.
