Shia LaBeouf has seen the inside of yet another police station. This time around, the actor was picked up in Savannah, Georgia on obstruction, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness charges.
According tot the police report, Shia went up to a bystander and a police officer asking for a cigarette. When he was denied, Shia “became disorderly, using profanities and vulgar language.” The cop then asked him to leave the area, but he stayed put and became “aggressive.”
"When the officer attempted to place LaBeouf under arrest, LaBeouf ran to a nearby hotel," the police statement adds. "LaBeouf was arrested in the hotel lobby, where his disorderly behavior continued."
- Shia is in Savannah filming "The Peanut Butter Falcon," with Dakota Johnson and Bruce Dern. So far, his team hasn’t released a statement.
- Shia’s previous run ins with the law include an arrest for a DUI in California in 2008, a disorderly conduct charge in 2014 after an outburst at a New York City theater, and a public intoxication arrest in Texas back in 2015.
