Harvey Weinstein was found guilty of 2 of the 5 charges against him. The most serious charges of rape in the first degree he was acquitted of, however, he was found guilty of criminal sexual act in the first degree and rape in the third degree. Criminal sexual act in the first degree carries a minimum punishment of five years and a maximum of 25 years in prison, while the third-degree rape charge is punishable by probation up to four years in prison.
The 67-year-old disgraced entertainment mogul was handcuffed and taken to jail where he'll stay until he is sentenced on March 11. Lets hope this perv gets the book thrown at him!
