Mariah Once Hospitalized for Thinking Dead Musicians Were Coming to Dinner

As we previously told you, Mariah Carey’s former manager Stella Bulochnikov is threatening to sue the singer for money she’s owed, and is threatening to share some explosive stories if Mariah refuses to settle, and it appear that one story has already leaked.

The Blast is reporting on an incident from 2016 in which Mariah, who was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 2001, was allegedly hospitalized because she believed Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston and Princewere coming to her place for a dinner party.

Sources say that after she broke up with fiancé James Parker, Mariah was partying hard with boyfriend Bryan Tanaka, and was in “terrible manic state.” At one point Stella called Mariah’s ex Nick Cannon after the star’s nanny claimed Mariah was “wearing a ball gown and a tiara” and asked the nanny to get the kids ready for her dinner meeting with Michael, Whitney and Prince, even though they're all dead.

  • As the story goes, a psychiatrist was eventually called and he suggested Mariah be hospitalized, but Mariah attempted to jump out of the vehicle on the way. She was then placed on a 5150 involuntary hold but was referred to private physicians, and the whole thing was kept quiet with the help of Mariah’s famous friends. She was eventually moved to the Beverly Hills Hotel where she was treated, although sharp objects were removed from her room. When she got stable she returned home but started to spiral again after refusing to take her meds.
  • As for the lawsuit, Mariah isn’t taking this all lying down. Her rep shares, “if this frivolous and baseless claim is filed, we will defend against it vigorously and successfully.”
  • ONE MORE THING! TMZ is reporting that Stella also plans to claim she was sexually harassed by Mariah because she was constantly walking around naked and would also do sexual things with Stella present.
