A Greek restaurant in Baltimore says business has been on fire ever since its most popular dish almost burned down the restaurant.
A large party ordered saganaki, a cheese dish that is set on fire as it is brought to the table. It's Cava Mezze's most popular appetizer, so the party ordered four plates of it. The flames made for a dramatic and exciting presentation -- especially when they set off the sprinkler system, which sprayed flame retardant all over the place.
One diner captured the moment on video. The owner of Cava Mezze says they also preach safety when serving the flaming dish and this was the first time it set off the sprinklers. He adds that ever since it happened, more and more people have been coming in to order it.
