BAI ME A RIVER: Justin Timberlake wants his name taken off Bai lawsuit

Justin Timberlake wants to say "Bye, Bye, Bye" to a lawsuit filed against him and Bai beverages -- because he doesn't actually have a clue what he's saying in TV ads for the product.

A California man named Kevin Branca filed the suit against Dr. Pepper Snapple Group, Bai founder Ben Weiss and Justin charging that the singer worked with Bai to help “deceive consumers by saying their drinks are all-natural when they actually are not.” Branca's complaint centers around the inclusion of malic acid, "an inexpensive synthetic chemical used in processed food products to make them taste like tangy fresh fruit.”

According to The Blast, Justin says he's clueless about that stuff, and, in fact, has no clue what goes into "Braspberry" or anything else -- since his "chief flavor officer" title is just a joke. His lawyers want his name removed from future proceedings.
