Norm Macdonald is not getting the type of attention he was hoping to get this week and it got worse yesterday after he made a comment about Down syndrome.
You know how he gets down... (by the way, the video below is NSFW)
The comedian, whose Tonight Show appearance was cancelled Tuesday after comments he made about the #MeToo movement, tried to apologize in an interview with Howard Stern but ended up digging himself a deeper hole. He said, "you’d have to have Down syndrome to not feel sorry” for harassment victims. He added, "Down syndrome, that’s my new word.”
Macdonald also said that Jimmy Fallon told him personally on Tuesday that his appearance on the Tonight Show had been cancelled, but invited him to come back another time. Macdonald is scheduled to appear today on The View. (USA Today)
