A shooting survivor was released from the hospital just a few days before the one-year anniversary of the deadliest mass shooting in US history.
To review, Stephen Paddock opened fire during a Las Vegas concert injuring hundreds of people and left 58 dead. Rosemarie Melanson was one of the victims severely injured, and was on life support for two months. She underwent 12 surgeries. Thankfully she was one of the final survivors released.
The wife and mother still has a long road to recovery. But she’s grateful to be back home with her family.
