Hundreds of people marched through the Meadowview neighborhood in Sacramento Monday night to mark one year since Stephon Clark was shot and killed by police.
The march, which was organized by Black Lives Matter Sacramento, started at the Meadowview Light Rail station, near where Clark, 22, was killed March 18, 2018. An estimated 250 to 300 people chanted and carried handmade signs as they slowly marched to Meadowview Park, where they stopped to remember Clark.
